2 Senate Race for Black Women

Here’s a case where Facebook is not so bad… This morning one of my friends posted about two (2) black women running for the United States Senate. Maybe I’ve been in a vacuum (I don’t watch traditional news outlets); but, I hadn’t heard about their campaigns – I do know who they are. No, they are not in my state (Georgia) but why does that matter? EVERYONE in the Senate votes on issues that matter and impact people EVERYWHERE, regardless of your location or political affiliation. Do you support Bernie Sanders for president? Hillary Clinton? They both will need people in the SENATE to push their national agendas.
